I at one point did the 30 days challenge thing (well not quite finished) and one of the things to draw was a comic, and of course (drew one of favorite pairings related to my favorite band) didnt really complete it. But yes, its a Flyod hetalia crossover, for I had Time on my mind and a curious lyric crossed my thoughts "Hanging on quiet desperation is the English way" and well I wondered why Iggy would hang on quiet desperation... and well ohoho, does one need to give more of an explaination?
